Well the 2014/2015 Season is here!! Please call us if you are on your way and need a skinner. Instructions are on the
building if Shop is not open.. We are here all day and at night until 8:00pm. The  skinner leaves around 9:00pm. Good luck

There were several customers this year asking us if we opened up another processing place... We are the one and only
and the Original German/Afrikaaner style sausage making facility... We use the finest and freshest ingredients in order to
create the same taste every time... Adrian is a qualified Master Butcher that cuts each and every deer one at a time... We
are not affiliated with any other processors..  Many will try to imitate but CANNOT duplicate Hunters Gold products..
